To support the fundraising efforts of Helping Herts during their Helping Herts Week (3rd-7th July) we challenge you to complete 100 star jumps a day!
Challenge yourself to 100 star jumps a day! You can spread them throughout the day, after breakfast, at lunchtime, and before bedtime. You can jump in the air, or side step and lift your arms, or make a star with your fingers. Choose your own pace.

We would like everyone to take part, no matter your age or ability, in the 100-a-day Star Jump challenge. It’s all about having fun, pushing yourself and doing the best you can. Tracking your star jumps by writing them down will help you reach your target at the end of the week.
Make sure you have enough room to do your star jumps safely! Possible adaptations are:
- seated star jumps by doing the the arm motions of a star jump and do this 100 times.
- a gentler version of a star jump by stepping left whilst raising your left arm and then doing the same on your right side, then bringing your left arm and leg back in, followed by your right arm and leg, counting as one star jump.
- If you have difficulties raising your arms, you can make a star with your fingers.
- Or whatever you can do!
