Parent/Carer feedback is always gratefully received. We work hard to do our best for members while they are in our care and it is always nice to hear feedback that our members are happy with the job we are doing.
Equally we are aware that feedback isn’t always positive and we welcome these views as we feel they provide us with the opportunity to review our processes when necessary and make any positive changes in order to improve the environment.
If you would like to get in touch with us to give feedback please email Joce, our operations manager, on email@example.com. Alternatively, please also contact the email address above if you wish to see the full version of this policy.
