Safeguarding and Child Protection

Grove Cottage is committed to working with our members, parents and the community to ensure the rights and safety of our children and vulnerable adults are central to everything we do. The purpose of Grove Cottage’s safeguarding policy is to provide a secure framework for the workforce in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of those who attend our settings.

Compliments & Complaints

Parent/Carer feedback is always gratefully received. We work hard to do our best for members while they are in our care and it is always nice to hear feedback that our members are happy with the job we are doing.

Equally we are aware that feedback isn’t always positive and we welcome these views as we feel they provide us with the opportunity to review our processes when necessary and make any positive changes in order to improve the environment.
