Event: Charity Track Day

Date: Thursday 4th July 2024

Venue: Rye House Kart Raceway

Your team will be welcomed with a breakfast roll before getting kitted out and heading to the safety briefing. Afterward, your team will have the opportunity to enjoy a couple of practice rounds before placing your secret bids to assign your place in the initial lineup.

The race will last 2 hours, giving each team member a 30-minute race around the track. Subsequently, the winning team and runners-up will be crowned victorious and take their place on the winning podium.

Burgers and snacks are included within the price of your ticket after the race (vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available). Additionally, there will be soft and alcoholic drinks available for purchase from the bar.

Participants will also have the opportunity to win fantastic prizes in our charity auction and raffle.

We welcome any spectators who would like to attend and cheer on their chosen team. A spectator pass can be purchased for just £10, which includes lunch after the race has finished.

All the money raised is eligible for match funding, doubling the impact you will have.

Registration opens at 8:30 am with the day finishing at approximately 3:30 pm.
