Adult Evening Clubs

Our Thursday Evening Social Club for adults (18+) with learning disabilities meets weekly from 6.30-8.30pm at the Baptist Church in Bishop’s Stortford. Our Wednesday Evening Social Club for adults (18+) meets once a month at various venues.

Our evening social clubs for adults offer a fun, caring and supportive environment, where people with a learning disability can meet and make friends and take part in individual and group activities.

There are discos to celebrate special occasions, fish and chip suppers, pizza evenings, BBQs, and outings to 10-pin bowling and local events. We also invite local comedians and singers to perform at our clubs!

Our Adult Social Clubs are both charged at £5 per session and this is paid in cash on the door. Existing members with a query about Wednesday Club should contact and existing members with a query about Thursday Club should contact

New members wishing to join our Adult Clubs should email or call 01279 656085.

I think the club is very good. Staff are brilliant, I learn more and like seeing the volunteers. Meeting up with my friends is my favourite thing.
